There's no way they will. Bryzgalov is terrible. He has handed the Pens multiple goals in this series, it's just that the Pens have been so generous that they've given even more back. Philly does have a good team, but their tendency to get down early and have to storm back in dramatic fashion, and their lack of goaltending, is going to bring them down when they face a real team. Like the Rangers, for example, who I believe went 6-0 against them this season.

it makes me feel better that i won't disagree with whatever anyone says about us after this. so there's that.
we've always been pretty bratty, so today doesn't surprise me. kunitz playing the role of king idiot doesn't either. but giving up with the game still in reach, sid and DB chuckling before the 2nd period started, and another 1,000 things i could list...those are surprising

I agree. It's hilarious that people place blame on Shero, arguing he should have kept Talbot, who was in HS land with us. Shero gave ownership a better team than Philly. Shero can't Gameplan and execute. It's so silly.

Agreed. Philly is gonna have a dose of reality once they play another team other then the Pens. Once Bryzgalov stinks it up again it will be a merry go round of goalies for them.

the pittsburgh penguins have always , always been on the receiving end of the extra crap that went on today.
may be why it is so difficult when they don't.

Can't say I disagree. Always thought he was an honest player, but that was pretty sickening even if he didn't appear to do a ton of damage.

I can't really put it into words, but we seem to have lost so much more than just three hockey games...

I was actually laughing when the flyers let go richards, carter, and signed bryz this offseason. Wow, have i been wrong. Bryz sucks for sure, but he is better than MAF right now.

I would think Asham, Adams, Martin, Z, Niski, Johnson, Sullivan, and possibly Cooke and Staal have all played their last game as a penguin on Wedneday.

Sorta serious question - do the Penguins explore trading Crosby? big contract up after next year, injury history, team rolling along w/o him, he comes back and something changes.

Asham will be suspended. If he is not suspended, he will not be in the lineup. After his performance in the playoffs last year, his antics today are especially disappointing.

That can be followed by another sorta serious question...how bad would things have to get before the Pens consider trading one of Crosby, Malkin, or Staal?
