Even though the entire church saw him say "I do", Orpik protested vehemently to no avail that he didn't actually say that. He was also late to get to the reception because he saw a rabbit and had to chase it instead of staying in his position. But once he got to the reception he hit the buffet multiple times in one trip, much to the delight of the crowd and all was forgiven.

Summer of love for the penguins... I think Flower is next!
All the best to Brooks! I bet he looks great in a tuxedo! I want to see photos of the penguins dancing!

is anyone else surprised by staal and now orpik getting married? i mean, i dont really pay attention to their personal lives, but i just figured all the young guys minus malkin and fleury were a bunch of bachelors.

I'm not surprised by Brooks at all. He's 31 years old now and he's been with his soon to be wife since college from what I've heard. She organizes the Make-A-Wish bowling event the Pens have been doing for a few years now. Staal? I didn't pay attention to him much. But I thought I'd heard they were hometown 'sweethearts' or something.

I'm hearing rumors Brooks wants to play with his brother Andrew Orpik in the South Park Dek Hockey League.

I wonder if Jordan Staal was uninvited to the wedding.
