Instead of debating ridiculous roster moves that we have no say over... Support James Neal in a poll that has absolutely no real meaning...
James Neal vs Toews. Neal currently leads by a hair, go vote for him now instead of discussing Tangradi or what's his name on defense.

I voted for Neal but appears Toews is gonna win because of his "intangibles"

I don't even like Toews, but I voted for him because he's better.

I just voted and it's Neal at 49.9% - Toews at 50%. Where's the other .1%?

These polls are just a popularity contest, and I'll root for Neal over Toews every time so long as Neal is in a Pens sweater and Toews isn't... but Toews is a significantly better player.

James Neal is over Toews now,50.2. Intresting thought Neal and Toews on the same line what a combo. James Neal needs a suppoting cast to get him the puck for him to be most effective. Where Toews seems to dictate the play on the ice on his own.

These TSN polls are ridiculous. I'd bet my last dollar that a player from a Canadien team wins, just like the play of the year poll.

It's a Canadian television network. If there was a poll on Sovsport.ru that asked who the best player in the league is, I'm gonna guess Evgeni Malkin would win. And Pavelec rules!

Is that how you account for Staal being drafted ahead of Toews?

They have Karlsson Vs Letang in a couple rounds, that should be interesting.

I'd agree if it was a Neal vs Ponikarovsky poll. But where is that error here?

Cept it's TSN, so regardless of closeness, Karlsson will take it pretty easily IMO.

Neal was part of one of the most successful lines this year. Toews I believe was injured and is a realitively quiet guy compared to Kane and Sharp. Neal had an NHL 36 about him and is a realitively more talked about personality.
