I once asked my boss to fwd my phone to my cell and he ended up forwarding it to my own number.
No matter who called, I could I could never answer it from the the desk set.

It was like it went one level down and wouldn't come back: full Inception mode in action.

I had to call the telecom company to reset the whole damn thing.
