For the Czech Extraleague in particular: For games not broadcast on a regular TV channel (in which case the link would likely be on wiziwig), you should be able to tune in to the league streams (no announcers, just the game sounds) at:

Incidentally, KHL has finally a decent English-language website at http://en.khl.ru/ . All starting times there are in terms of Moscow time (which is 8 hours ahead of ET). Plus, you can find standings, stats... there as well.
