And by "quirky and engaging", we mean "creepy and uncomfortable", then sure. Dude looks like he probably smells like someone who hasn't showered in three weeks.
I have no idea what the league was going for with this. Some horrible attempt to get a Zach Galifianakis-type presence to their brand?
