Series recap on NHL Network. Already past games 1 and 2. Only fun from here on out. Well except for game 5 but I have no recollection of that game.

I watched the Pens/Caps series recap this morning at like 4 in the morning. I plan to wake up and watch the pens/wings recap this morning (I missed it playing just a bit ago) or DVR it.
I was unfortunate enough to be in Detroit for game 5.... In retrospect it is comical thinking about all those Detroit fans I was riding with on the Detroit People mover back to our hotel after the game having them compain that now the wings would end up winning the cup in Pittsburgh in game 6 again and they wouldn't get to see it in person. Guess that would have been so much worse than having to watch Pittsburgh Hoist the cup in their house in game 7
I did get to ride to the game with Geno's parents on the People mover They just happened to be on the same car as us.

It all turned out good. A real thriller Only thing it really lacked at all was a marathon overtime game in there somewhere. I still get goosebumps when I watch some of the goals and some of the saves....

I was going to say, I definitely remember that
