Sure, khaki-colored pants are regularly worn with blue blazers. Due to my big fat butt however, I try to stay away from light-colored pants, so I don’t wear that particular color combination. All my pants are dark.

I have a pair of pants that I would call cream that I quite like to wear. I guess they are in the family of "boating khaki" or "whitestone" -- I'm not sure precisely what color they are, but they are close to cream. I like to wear them with a light blue shirt with white collar and french cuffs, bow tie, and blue blazer (brown shoes + brown belt or dark blue suspenders).
