I got in 3 games tonight. I'm happy with that compared to the lameness of last week. Now I just need Anaheim, Vancouver, and Nashville.

I have one suggestion. If you're not going to be on or you're not interested for a week. Open up your team to allow players to play the computer.

That way the people that actually want to play can get games in.

I wonder how much is "can't play this week", or "can't \ don't want to play at all". Once a team becomes an ai team, can it be given back to a human?

We can ask for people to gracefully bow out if they can't\don't want to play, but what if they don't care?

Maybe we give everyone a chance to play this round, and any team that requires more than one game simmed gets kicked or goes on probation, pending their excuse for requiring simmed games.

Why? Did you think that there's just no way of knowing when some people (Kicksave in particular) are going to be on?

People have lives. I think it's absurd to expect everyone to play every game on their schedule. Yeah, something should be done about the people who leave 4 or 5 games on the table, but the people who miss one or 2 shouldn't be punished because of a small few who don't play at all.

You can select games to allow other players to play against the CPU. That doesn't mean you lose control of your team.

That just means if you know you're not going to be on, open it up and let it happen. For the people that do want to play, and have to wait on someone else(that might be busy and not get on) imo is lose lose. It makes the person who actually wants to play, look for something else.

You're punishing me because you're not going to be around and only want to sim, which means I was around and could still possibly get the loss even though I wanted to play.

It's just a semantics thing really. I like to play games, whether it's against the computer or a human, these Sim things could potentially "hurt" later on in the year(if this league even gets that far).
