Didnt have a costume yet. I have fake tattoo sleeves from a previous halloween, my friend has a Sit The FXXX Down Shirt, and his kid has one of those rope necklaces they gave away on kids day this year. AJ Burnett.

thinking of Run For Your Lives zombie costume ideas for tomorrow... i found a banana costume in my basement... i was thinking either zombanana, or bananimated corpse, but the notion of running around with zombie makeup as a banana seems tedious.

There's only one logical path for this to go:

The battery was 3v. I wired it into a resistor to drop the voltage down to about 2.3, which is in the forward voltage range for the LED.

im waiting for my friend to finish her makeup so she can fix the foundation around the edges and add some blood to the bullet holes on the side

I have to wear a knee brace this upcoming halloween, that looks like this:

I'm trying to figure out a costume that can go along with it, but have been unsuccessful. Any ideas from more creative LGPers than me?

Busted out the pimp suit this year.

However, half the people at the party didn't even bother to dress up again this year... super weak.

Also mad props to pittsoccer... that is sick.

Thanks for the nice words, I had a lot of fun with it.

We went out in Erie last night. None of the girls knew what I was but I think all the guys did. Except the one who thought I was Kano from Mortal Kombat, which was pretty cool too. I need to borrow a 10 year old boy with a foul mouth and Public Enemy t-shirt to cash in on trick or treating this week.

The latex piece is in good shape. I think ill keep it for future use as long as it doesn't harden at all.

I went as Willie Robertson from duck dynasty. Long beard and hair, flannel shirt, and stars and stripes bandana. No one recognized it. It was a last minute deal though.

Wearing a political costume in DC is awesome. Everyone got it and got a ton of people telling me they loved it. I say it was a success.

Side note, official counts for the night:
1 - Big Bird (with Romney in garbage can as Oscar the grouch)
1 - Binders full of women

I need a costume that incorporates the beard/mustache I'm currently rocking. The leading candidate thus far is Magnum PI.

That was my plan a few years ago - Detroit Tigers hat, Hawaiian shirt, mustache. I was afraid to just grow a mustache so I grew a full beard for two or three weeks, thinking id shave it to a mustache the night before. Well I did, and that was just plain offensive looking. So I improvised and made a tactical vest and got iron on letters and wrote CTU on the front and BAUER on the back.

And about being without one eye all night - sitting around the house before we went out was no problem at all. I had a little visual crosstalk not unlike when you put a single finger up close to your face and your eyes cant quite focus on it.

But once we got to the bar? That was kind of nuts. All those people moving closer to me and further from me was extremely disorienting. And if I was trying to talk to two people standing next to each other it was funny - if I focused on the guy on the left I could not see the person on the right at all. When I moved my head to talk to them, the person on the left was out of my peripheral vision.

At the end of the night I took if off and it was like I just turned the lights on in the morning after being in pitch blackness. Except it was only one eye and even more bizarre feeling. A lot of fun though. Someone took a few pictures of a skinny guy dressed as a motorcycle cop and me that I hope surface online.
