Grade 1 is a minor minor tear. Short recovery time.
Grade 2 is a partial tear and requires a month+ to heal.
Grade 3 is a complete tear and that is no bueno.
Like I said, I have dealt with this injury and it takes awhile. But as long as you rest you shouldn't have long term effects. I didn't rest and now I have chronic knee problems that have plagued me since the injury occurred. Just rest up. You will be back to full health shortly, no need to aggravate it this late in recovery.
That's what I meant, although it was poorly worded.
Practically torn being like torn the whole way through, which is (like you said) no bueno.
You can definitely find an indoor pool thats heated. 99% of the school districts have time for you on the weekends...
Oh and don't give me that **** about it being cold
I got the pacific ocean out here brah, its 65 on a good day this time of year and I still go kiteboarding (with a wetsuit of course)
That's definitely worth looking into. I didn't know about pool time on the weekends. Can't remember if I mentioned it in another post or if I lost it during cleanup, but I am looking for another gym, preferably one with a pool and some extras. I'm paying $50/mo right now, but the only things I'm using are the treadmill and a few weight machines which can probably be found in any gym. Now if I could pay that same fee and get some extras, I'll leave there in a second.
