I wish I could go tonight. Just not feasible. But I have heard nothing but good things about it.

It won't look like you're watching a movie, it will look like you're watching someone filming a movie.

For comparison, soap operas are filmed on tape, and have a higher frame rate than most television programming.

If you have a 120hz tv, set it to the frame interpolation/Auto Motion Plus/Tru Motion/Motion Blur/Aquo Motion/etc/etc to get an approximation of what it will look like. A tv is faking the extra frames - on this they will be real.

Interesting. I really hated it. I didn't find Garfield likable at all. There was also zero chemistry between him and Emma Stone. It seemed unnecessarily similar to the first Sam Rami film. If you're going to reboot a franchise 5 years later, you better distance yourself more from the original series. I was very bored throughout it.

Garfield is a decent actor. But I agree, dude needs a haircut.

Saw the new Spiderman but can't remember much of anything about it.

Wasn't bad, just unmemorable.

simple:

Bay’s first "TRANSFORMERS" film was a box office sensation in 2007, opening at #1 and earning more than $700 million worldwide. His second installment "TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN" in 2009 grossed more than $830 million worldwide. In 2011, "TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON" was an even bigger hit worldwide, grossing more than a billion dollars to become the 5th highest grossing film of all time. To date, the franchise has earned more than $2.6 billion worldwide.

ok, so The Amazing Bulk... everything i thought it would be, and more. As hard as it is to believe, the bad CGI and green screen running in place are not the worst/best things in the movie. i really have no explanation for anything that happens in the last 10 minutes of the movie. definitely the most random movie sequence ever.

Reviews are incredible, some people are calling it one of the Top 2 or 3 Bond films of all time.

Yea I know. But even if they were bad I was still going. Like if one of the LGP critics came back claiming it was an atrocity I would still see it. I just have to postpone how early I get to see it due to circumstances. But I am stoked for this movie.

Well in fairness, if Froggy reported back that it was a terrible movie, I would go see it too :slug:
