No one is saying that...but wow, really? That play is ruled correctly, 30-27 with 7 minutes or so left, and their defense had shut down Nebraska after a rough third. Instead, it's 27-23 and Nebraska gets the ball at the 20, and proceeds to bomb a punt down to the 2.
I know they let the game go after the half, but you can most certainly look at that blown call as the key factor in the end.
