When I bought my house, I had to buy the lot adjacent to y property which is 90% steep hillside with a small flat plot at the bottom. It's of no value to me, but I pay taxes on it. I don't even know what the bottom of the hill looks like to be completely honest.
Long story short, the people that own the property next to it want to buy it because it has direct access to their yard.
How do I go about selling it? Any help is preesh
