The clique had the board under its grimy control. They were poised to turn LGP into one big troll fest. The return of kicksave was a forgone conclusion. All the remaining clique member had to do was survive one more unruly John McClane-type and the board was there. With the final days vote coming to a conclusion, the remaining board members were resigned to their fate. With swift cunning, they voted to eradicate Columbia via the ban hammer and roll the dice.

LITT coming out really put a kink in our plans. Once that happened, we were in trouble.

I think there is a combination of things that sent the game into decline.

1. Too big of games --too many people that had some dropping out/not feeling crucial to the game.

2. Overly complex rules --I dig some twists but some of the games were obnoxiously taxing

3. In-game Participation fallout --obvsly

4. Poor moderating --large gaps between write ups, incomplete games, undefined outcomes

Either way, I love the straight forward "whodunnit" style games.

i agree. the matrix/godfathers style wars are great, don't get me wrong, but not every time.

and doc modding 25% of the games is disaster
