A lot of eastern euro girls my age here in LA, I would have never guessed

Nabisco vendor girl today at my grocery store was cute as hell, had a accent and a certain look that makes me.think she definitely wasn't born here... If I had to guess I'd say western Russia or Czech area

Ask her if she wants to go for a soda with you.

Woah. They even have escorts listed. I found one in northern NJ and she's really hot. 19 year old Egyptian girl. If I were single, I'd go meet her. Why not. Girl's gotta eat.

If she was on backpage... she would definitely make enough money to not have to work as a nabisco vendor.

I'll probably ask her out next time I see her but I definitely prepared for her to tell me she has a boyfriend

Let's tackle that.

1. World belongs to the brave. If you don't ask, another guy will and if she's single she'll end up dating him not you (unless you're really ugly then you have no chance, but I assume you're at least average).

2. You'd be surprised by how many beautiful girls have trouble finding a boyfriend. Many get used by a-holes and end up single for long periods of time and many can't get guys to ask them out because they're (guys) too intimitated.

3. It will ease your mind that at least you tried instead of thinking about it and fantasizing.

4. What's the worst that can happen. She'll say no. Boo-hoo. Say thank you, smile, tell her she's really pretty and wish her luck on her journeys. You gotta have the right attitude. Confident, yet polite and a little funny.

That's some good advice, bro.

You know I've never once asked a girl out. Its either just always kind of happend where we were around each other enough to know there was mutual interest, the girl has made the first move, or a friend has set us up. Maybe thats a skill that would have been helpful to me at this stage. probably should have tried it at least once

Yeah and if you do go on a date for God sake man make a move. This doesn't mean a hug, as we all learned in The Little Mermaid, "Kiss the girl." That way your intentions are clear that you aren't looking for a just friends thing. The worst that can happen is you have a make out. She hates it, and then it's over and you move onto the next one. The best that can happen is she invites you in for some coffee.

*coffee is a code word.

I'm single for the first time in 26 years. Where do I start? Maybe the Nabisco counter girl's mother? Dating sites? Grocery store? I work from home so that isn't an option. EPP, where do us over 40 people find woman? Someone told me join a yoga class. I recently learned the acronym gilf.

My go to move lately is "get really drunk, get on Facebook, and talk to girl who I used to be friends with and ask them out. Then 3 months later, make her watch Gymkata"

Seems to be working out so far.

Kenny the kangaroo will start!!!

Asking EPP for relationship advice is like asking Todd Graham for advice on sticking to a committment.

Asking EPP for relationship advice is like asking Ovechking for advice on hairstyles

(p.s. no hard feelings EPP, but its hard to resist an easy target)

Yoga class for the 'Hot ones', for sure. it's just that some of those types are so type 'A' they scare me :)

You'd be surprised what you'll find if you're just nice to folks in a department store (Not a mall walkway though for some reason)

Churches are great places to meet women, but I'm not religious and it seems kinda creepy to me to use a church for such purposes.

I've actually met a woman or two in a Starbucks or other coffee shop.

Believe it or not, I actually get 'hit on' most frequently in hotels these days (by attractive women and no they're not hookers, they're other guests - but I think most are looking for an extra martial affair while on a business trip so I tend not to 'go there')

I'd say it's a matter of baiting enough hooks and putting them in the water. It's a numbers thing.

Bottom line is a smile and a polite comment goes a long way.

I just refuse to talk to women in bars, that never fails to get me in trouble. :)

I probably have more experience here than anyone else with the dating scene. Remeber, I've been single for 25 years since I turned 21. That's a lot of dating.

I don't get into relationships now because my standards are probably too high. Besides, There's not much I haven't experienced.

I always joked that the next time I fell in love with a woman I'd just hand her the keys to my house. Cut out the middle man (Attorney).

My trip to Costa Rica last month? It was nice being single and inviting any woman I wanted as a travel companion. When the trip was over I went back to going out on Wednesday nights with my buddies for wings. No one complained when I got home at 1am.
