All I read there was the steelers line this the steelers line that. I will always hate colon no matter what. Do you ever admit your opinion may be off?

I write what I see. I see a penalty-taking, momentum-killing, block-whiffing anchor. Seriously, he has 8 of the team's 30 offensive holding calls. No one else has more than 3 holding calls and Colon's missed 2 games. Heath has 3 holding calls and Stevenson Sylvester has 3 on special teams. The rest of the line is either blocking without holding or not getting caught.

You're right, my mind is inventing the team-leading 11 penalties, or that the team's rushing numbers are the worst they've been since the last time Colon played regularly. The line has been better at pass protection this year because they're getting better play out of their tackles. This has allowed Miller to be used as a receiver more than in the past.

He won't be a Raider next year...he'll go to a contender...hopefully in the NFC. I've been utterly disappointed with his play and attitude on and off the field this year, but I really don't want to deal with him as a Patriot, Bronco, or even Colt.

His speed can change the game, but Haley's offense isn't designed to take full advantage of what he can do...or rather what he wants to do. Wallace wants to run by guys and have the ball land in his hand 5 yards past the defender so that he walks into the endzone. He has no interest in quick posts, slants, and crossings that, IMO, can be even more effective (or at least efficient) ways to use his speed against a defense. Clear the LBs with Heath, or catch them in a blitz, and Wallace catching a 10 yard cross turns into a huge play...I think I've seen that somewhere before...

He is, right or wrong, frustrated. He feels as if he's being slighted...in a contract year no less...and his words reflect that frustration. Frustration can be a great motivational tool, but he's showing himself to be a total 'me first' guy that isn't willing to admit that he's been part of cause of his own frustration. If he doesn't realize that he's playing with a top 5 QB in an offense designed around Ben's strengths (not his) by now, he never will.

It'll be very interesting to see how the team reacts to these quotes.

well, he would be very successful if he decided to be a man and look for the ball every once in a while. it's more about him being too cowardly to play the system rather than his skill set not being a good fit for the system

Wallace has been a non-factor with BRoeth out. His numbers usually go down when BRoeth is out. News flash- he needs a QB playing that can get him the ball downfield.
