CBC has a video up which shows Kris Letang's workout. His non stop leapingover of hurdles is something that even has PJ Stock looking shocked.

There is a video from a few years ago that is a bit more comprehensive on all the workouts he does, TC. He trains with Kadar and uses the sticks and power sled. Look for it on youtube if you like. It's pretty cool.

Letang has been training with some of the best UFC mma fighters in the world in Montreal this offseason and during the lockout. he's been traiting with many of the fighters from tri star gym in montrreal - rory mcdonald, mike ricci, and george st pierre. they've been showing the footage on many of the ufc's and even had a small interview with letang about mcdonald on the road to the octagon show a few weeks ago on fox.
