I can just imagine looking out the window and seeing a wall of flame moving towards me. Screams. People running around. I'd sit and smile because there'd be nothing to do. Say the last prayer.

Here's a question for the non-religious people. Asteroid hits. You see a wall of flame get nearer. The end is here. Do you say a prayer?

Thats what I dont understand about these "Doomsday preppers." Say it does happen, and you stocked up on all your food, water, and what not. A: it was the END OF THE WORLD, you think your underground shelter is going to ward that off? and B: Say you do survive. Where ya gonna go?

If December 21st was the last day on the calendar... then the world will end tomorrow on the 22nd. There is still time folks.

Can someone tell me why we're all still here? And how am I going to pay for the tens of thousands of dollars I charged up on my credit cards believing that I'd never have to pay them off?

That reminds me of a guy at my mom's old job. That was good 15 years ago. He took out a bunch of credit cards and used them all up on advances and purchases, with the intention of permanently moving to Portugal with all the money. As far as she knows, they never caught up to him. Trick was to get many smaller cards and I believe the sum mentioned was over $100,000.
