Fire away.
Senior tailback Ray Graham summed up the team's sentiment earlier this month when he said the Panthers were looking forward to "any bowl, except Birmingham."
Pittsburgh, which has predictably struggled to stir interest, is a disappointing 6-6 outfit stuck in the Compass Bowl for the third January in a row.
Rebels fans went through the university's initial allotment of 10,000 tickets so quickly, the school had to go back to the bowl for more, and even took nearly half of Pittsburgh's allotment (4,000 tickets of 10,000). Altogether, Ole Miss has reported 21,470 tickets sold through the university for the Jan. 5 game, believed to be the most for any bowl-bound SEC school this year.

How many times have you gone to Birmingham ulf? Is it really that bad to see your team play in a bowl game? Sounds kind of spoiled to me.
Last years attendence was only 29K so there weren't many Pitt fans there last year either.

Even at 4.5 it seems like a good bet to give the points, no?

I wouldn't ever bet on a Pitt game. They spank Rutgers and VT, and lose to UConn and YSU. Too unpredictable.
