I can't believe people are still holding onto this idea. The new crew covers about 500% of the ice that the old crew did and in the same amount of time.

Union workers too! My guess is they wanted to keep 54% of the ice they scooped.

A couple years back a girl from the Thrashers ice crew moved on to a film career in adult entertainment. Management should have done a better job of using that asset to lure free agents.

The Pens ice crew is more "progressive" and "forward-thinking" than the other teams.
