Out of market help!

Postby BCG51585 on Mon Jan 14, 2013 11:57 pm

Hey guys I have DirecTV in San Antonio, TX and when I was looking at my listings locally, Hawks/Kings was listed as the NBC game at 2pm central, while Pens/Flyers was listed as being on NBCe ch. 392 at the same time. I don't get this channel so how would I either get this channel or fix this potential issue so I can record the game? Thanks in advance!

Most likely you'll have to purchase another package with 500 extra channels including that 382 one.

My concern with that is that it could be blacked out. Hopefully not.

I'm in the same boat in St. Louis. The local NHL affiliate is playing Chicago. The 392 channel is eastern time zone NBC affiliate. Not sure what package that is in.

My hope is that Center Ice will cover the out-of-market games. If not, I'm not sure where I'll go to find the game. I'll be so pissed if I can't see it though.
