i like willis and gore, but kaepernick's goatee reminds me of Jagr's "landing strip" playoff beard for some reason, and my shallowness wont allow me to like him until its gone.

I'm ok with that. It will at least gauge my interest in the game for the following week.

If it's the Harbaugh bowl, I might have it on in the background at best. I don't need to see the closeups of either one of them 45 times per different Harbaugh per game.

In order of hate the 49ers are 3rd on my list. I rather have them win it than both AFC teams. Atlanta is of course the team I'm rooting for the most to win it all, but also probably the least likely to do it.

I'm surprised that so many people here would rather have Baltimore or New England — both of the Steelers' biggest nemeses — win than have San Francisco reach the six-ring plateau. As for me, the Patriots and Ravens (especially the Ravens) can both suck it.

I have no problem at all with the Patriots.

Belichick etc will take away the deep ball and sideline passes, Flacco won't be gifted any pass interference penalties, and Brady will carve up this average defense.

Other than Suggs taunting fans in every game -and Hairball with that stupid look on his face every time a call goes against him - I really don't have any problems with the Ravens....

Their fans on the other hand....
