i watched like 6 episodes of it and had enough. just unwatchable for me.

While it grows on you as it progresses, it appeared to try and capitalize on the success of That 70s Show, which was in its 5th season when this aired. Only problem is they couldn't get the dynamic that 70s Show had. That and the setting of 1984 and San Diego, and a smaller yet older base cast. Near as I can tell, the only alums of this show that went on to anything is one is on Grey's Anatomy and the other on Always Sunny.
