I'm familiar with this apartment complex but never heard anything about a haunted farm house. I searched the google for Paranormal State episode and couldn't find anything.

Dude, I live in that same apartment complex.
I've never experienced anything ghostly or paranormal there, but then again I don't believe in the supernatrual anyway.
Do you know where I can find a copy of that Paranormal State episode tho?
It would be totally awesome to watch a b.s. show about my own place.

Ask at the front office about it, they have a print-out and everything. I think the one woman got a copy framed and posted in there.

Doc, I noticed the other day that someone (or something) has been in the smaller house that sits off to the side. Is that the haunted house or is it the larger house? The windows and doors on the smaller place are no longer secured. Have you been investigating paranormal activity??

Maybe Doc is the ghost, I've been living in this complex for 5 years now and I've never seen this guy anywhere around the place, not even in the laundry room:
