Didn't see a replay but the cap player definitely had his stick parallel to the ice from a trailing position. I'd call that a hook.

Martin needs to bring that 20mph wrist shot some more today because Holtby ain't looking strong.

With OV's incessant whining, I'm amazed people still complain about Sid

4th line doing a great job keeping puck in.

Great 4th line work, reminds me of the old Thorburn/Ruutu lines digging deep and keeping the pick in.

Just saying my guess as to what they saw. I had no issues with the sequence of events

the cap player didn't stop skating, so they usually let that go. either way, it didn't interfere with boychuk's ability to get a scoring chance, so even if it was a hook (which im not certain it was) a penalty shot wouldn't have been the right call

Lol probably a good idea for Adams to maybe stay away from cross ice passes in the offensive zone.

Srsly I don't think the Sid bashing will ever stop. To most, he will always be a "crysby".

2 Redirects does not make a goalie shaky, just unlucky.

Surprise, surprise, Ovie doesn't think what his linemates are doing, just cares about scoring. That's why I can't understand why he isn't criticized more.

Craig Adams, 4th liner making $675k, easily strips Alex Ovechkin, 1st liner making $9M
