It's impossible to take officiating seriously with that kind of crap. What bothers me more though is Steigy saying something like "Oh the pens need to be careful now with 3 penalties called on them in a row"

Call it what it is - horse **** make up call officiating.

I agree with the call on Neal. It's a dangerous play. And the refs are seeing more and more scrums and testy stuff, that's a "keep it control" penalty there...deflate the tires a little if they can. It's the right call.
