Terrible call. The NJ announcers are spinning this one but that shouldn't have been called - shoulder to shoulder.

The hit was initiated on his ribs not his back. It was just the way he went into the boards that looked like boarding. Not a good call.

The problem is that was a penalty for th first week of the season, then they stopped calling it, now and hard hit on the boards I guess is a penalty again.
