no winger that has failed to immediately be successful with malkin has ever amounted to anything in this league. Boychuck is automatically terrible

He has been pretty solid, but the I don't think he has a long term future with Pens. Bortuzzo and Daypray are winning jobs, Nisky might be a trade option since he has shown to have some value.

7 defensemen role 3 lines...playoff mode...nisky will be in the mix

That other thing called scoring, well....

Thus, he is nothing more than a faster version of the big ugly?

He is playing solid, fast hockey and is not hindering Malkin and Neal but he needs to find the back of the net.

He looks to be the best option yet... He's obviously not used to malkin's unpredictability... Hopefully he catches on soon

I was trying to throw the lure earlier...sorry...but I tend to agree that Boychuk has shown much more in his no scoring than Tangradi's no scoring ;)

Agreed, guy has real nice hands, skating and knows where to go. If Tangradi gets 40 games with us showing absolute zippo skills, this guy needs to be given some time.

Than Tangradi, yes. Than Jeffrey, absolutely not. At best, they're a wash. Boychuk is more creative with the puck, but I think Jeffrey has better goal scoring, better defense, is more physical, and is better at faceoffs. But since most people only watch players when they've got the puck on their stick, its no wonder everyone thinks Boychuk is "10x better".

I agree with the play of bortuzzo and despres it's going to be hard for Reese to stay up when nisky comes back. However him, England or nisky could all be nice trade bait for winger help

Yeah, that's it. I really really miss the glowpuck because I'm also too stupid to even watch the puck.

So we're 5-0 with Boychuk and he has zero points, but he "NEEDS" to find the back of the net soon?? That makes sense.
