Indeed....what over the past 3 seasons has given anyone the idea that we should be dominating anybody? All those 1st round playoff exits? There is parity in the NHL, everyone can compete.

can we please shoot from the point??? everyone else does it and scores. They refuse to take a slapper from the point

Bettter players? Sens don't have anyone in the top 35 in scoring.
When you allow a team average of 1.69 Goals Against Per Game, have the goalie with the best GAA and save % (with a solid number of starts) you don't have to score very much.

Well you can have Letang shoot it from the point and have it go high and wide or get blocked every time, or have Martin shoot it and have it just dribble towards the net. Options are not really there to be successful lol.

They have as many points as we do.
Tougher schedule? You may be right about the Sens and they may be the next SCC, but I just don't see them being around come playoff time. And I still think we are a much better team then they are and should dominate them. Just like that Dupuis goal.
