The Penguins allowed 7 power play goals in their first 20 games last season. They've allowed 17 in their first 20 this season.
Including playoffs during last season...Pens have allowed 29 PP goals in past 26 games. They allowed 33 PP goals in previous 83 games. Wow.

Well, Staal was around for the PK breakdown last year, so we can't chalk it up to missing him.

Our PK is way too passive for my liking. And our only SH goals was scored into an empty net.

I haven't seen who is starting in the nets for the Pens tonight. Have they announced it?
