If by "lose", you mean it doesn't show them on the side when you open up the app, yes, but it doesn't mean you actually lost them.

Pretty sure that ticker resets every 100 points. I just recently got to 200 and the thing on the main page is down to 0. Just click on the thing, and it tells you how many points you have.

... although, now that I think about it, I may have had more, but if I did, I don't remember how many I had.

By "lose" I mean lose. I had 140 under Season Point Total and now only show 40. They are definitely double-checking the larger codes.
