That is a horrible comparison. Dilfer played 6 playoff games in his entire 13 year career and only threw 4 touchdowns in those games along with 4 interceptions. Flacco is only in his 5th season and has made the playoffs every year and is already at 13 playoff games played.
In his his first 5 playoff games he threw 1 touchdown and 6 interceptions, but in his last 8 games (last 3 seasons) he's thrown 18 touchdowns and only 2 interceptions with a 6-2 record.
Compare that to some of the top QB's in the playoffs their last 3 seasons:
Brady: 6 games, 3-3 record, 14 touchdowns, 7 interceptions
P. Manning (not counting the injury year, last 3 years he played): 5 games, 2-3 record, 10 touchdowns, 4 interceptions
Rodgers: 7 games, 5-2 record, 14 touchdowns, 4 interceptions
Roethlisberger: 4 games, 2-2 record, 5 touchdowns, 5 interceptions
Brees: 3 games, 1-2 record, 9 touchdowns, 2 interceptions
Ryan: 4 games, 1-3 record, 7 touchdowns, 5 interception
E. Manning: 4 games, 4-0 record, 9 touchdowns, 1 interception but did miss the playoffs 2 of the last 3 years
