I like that show, but I never remember when it's on.

We've moved onto Game of Thrones. First episode was a little slow and weird but have enjoyed the next three. Should have both short seasons wrapped up on time for Season 3 debut.

Wow...just got done with the first season of Breaking Bad. I can see why people love this show. Can't wait to watch the next few.

Season 2 is probably the "worst" season ,IMO (still good, but we're talking by comparison). It only gets better from there though. Amazing show.

Feel free to offer some thoughts in the George R. R. Martin thread once you are caught up.

(Note: there are spoilers from the books, but they are generally well managed. Just be warned if you start reading through the whole thread)

keeping my fingers crossed for this, hopefully we get something somewhat original and not a knockoff game of thrones.

The themes are way too big this year. It's borderline precocious. That show needs to stay small and low stakes.

Watched the first 2 episodes of Parades End. Got lost a couple times within the heavy accents, but so far so good.

Was the opening scene just a battle scene? I missed like the first minute or so.

it was a budget-friendly affair. ragnar et al fighting a couple of 1-on-1 battles on a mountain top.

I'm in the same boat, it's tough. AMC needs to have another season 3 marathon already.
