I'm going to play it seriously with some friends in our zone, but then we are going to venture out into the public space and build nothing but troll cities to screw up everyone. The multiplayer features sound extremely ripe for trolling! Oh you are building a nice and clean city? I guess you won't mind IllegalImmigrantVille springing up next door, committing crime and pooping on the street! Lol I can't wait.

The ones on the major routes will probably be overwhelmed, but shuttle buses will be pretty effective.

Primarily, Tagradiville will have success as a small, medium city but never live up to its potential.

I'm reading that Origin is having issues handling the SimCity traffic. So hang in there if you haven't downloaded it yet...

I was considering buying this game but I've read that there is no way to save your city to prevent AI generated disasters from destroying everything. Also I read that there is no terraforming and the city tile sizes are small. I am hopeful that modding or Maxis will allow those changes eventually, but I may hold off from buying for a while.

Tomb Raider. is. so. good.

Holy cow does it kick ass!!! Action/adventure/platform all done to perfection so far, and I'm blown away by the presentation. About 4 hours in and I am totally hooked!

Up to 84% completed on Lego Batman 2. I have 10 more story boards to clear and about 35 more gold bricks ot get in the city. I have the central island mainly cleared. I'm having fun with this game. Some stuff is redundant, but overall I enjoyed it so far.

Just read on IGN that PETA was complaining that the AC4 trailer depicted what looked like the glorification of the whaling industry.

I thought I read it is around 30 hours. Is that incorrect?

I really didn't keep track of the time it took to beat it, but seems like it took me more than 30 hours. Then again, I am a rather slow\methodical player. There is a second play through (which I haven't done yet) that lets you change several settings to make it harder. By length, I meant compared to the original computer version which was quite lengthy and more involved.

It's important to remember that when they say a game single-player campaign is x hours, that's straight play through without dying. But when I look on Steam and see that Crysis 2 took me 39 hours to beat, that doesn't mean it's a 39-hour game. It's probably a 30-hour game, and about 1/3 of that time was playing missions and levels over again after dying. So if you say it took you more than 30 hours, do you mean elapsed playing time, or actual campaign play-through?

By that definition, it would be elapsed playing time. I completed a lot more missions than I had to, mostly to get all the available equipment and build strong radar instalations and get the best interceptors to shoot down UFOs. Plus I just liked playing it.

Meh.. I love the AC series. They weren't all A+ caliber games, but they are some of the most fun I've played.

Started Mass Effect 3 and it is different from 1 and 2 and pretty good deal. I can't wait to go through all of this.
