That late? I already have one for him.

I'm not sure if Flabbata is a good enough nickname.

You guys are watching Pirates spring training games? What kind of masochist does this to themselves? Surely you don't deserve that.

Even in the spring the Astros are slump-busters. I'll miss them this year.

I guess Tabata wants is looking good this spring. I think if he can win the right field job, the team is a lot better off, I don't agree with making Marte the leadoff hitter. Here's the lineup I would most like to see.

Tabata
Walker
McCutchen
Jones
Alvarez
Marte
Martin
Barmes

Assuming that either Marte or Tabata are the most liable to play themselves out of the lineup, Snider would be the first in.

Tabata getting back to his pre-2011 injury form would be huge. If he can bat around .275 again and has regained his speed, we could finally have a legitimate leadoff hitter, and Barmes would be the only real weak link in that lineup in my eyes. I know it's still really early but I find the fact that he came into ST in way better shape, has supposedly lost weight, and is showing hustle again to be extremely encouraging.

Greetings from Bradenton... Rough outing today. AJ pretty much sent many Bucco fans, yours truly included, to the bar by the 3rd. : )

Any chance the Spanish National Team could replace Houston in the NL Central?

My tickets came in yesterday. Selling the majority 2 tickets to all Saturday games and a few Friday games. Base line box next to the N.S. notch near the foul pole. 2nd row up with only 3 seats in the row.

I'm never going to get used to the Astros in the AL...

Can't believe the number of Bucs and Phils fans I talked to at the game yesterday who were longing for the old NL East. Btw, many more Phils fans than Bucs fans at McKechnie yesterday. Powder blue Chase Utley t-shirt wearing bandwagoners... lol...

Season tickets came last night. My normal seats are the 4th row in LF, for Opening Day they moved me to the next to last row in section 330 because "there's nothing else we can do."

Thanks Pirates...

Just the opener.. I have a 20 game weekday plan, they also sell Saturday and Sunday packages so its possible that 3 people have the same seat.. The past few years I've been in different sections but the same area for opening day which doesn't matter at all to me. I think last year I was one section to the left and an extra row back. This year top if the stadium in seats $5 cheaper than mine, not happy.

Yeah I'm trying not to be unreasonable off the bat but I'm gonna be an a-hole rather quick here because there are other options they just won't give them to me.. If I upgrade to the Saturday package I can be guaranteed the seats on Opening Day and for the whole year. Those seats are coincidentally directly behind mine lol

Yeah I figure worst case that's what I'll do but really don't want to go through the hassle of buying and selling constantly.

I really don't think asking for a better solution than the back of the upper deck is unreasonable.

Jonathan Sanchez today- 2/3 of an inning, 2 hits, 2 walks, 1 ER. His ERA is 13.50 this spring. I don't think it's going to work out.
