There was a restaurant called Teddy's a while back that was pretty good. I havent been to Irwin in a coon's age.

Oh, I remember a good place. its down 30 a bit and the windows are all purple neon. Can't think of the name of it. I went there one time and they had bomb pizza.

I'm going to see The Book of Mormon with my family on Saturday night at the Benedum Center. Any recommendations on where to go for dinner beforehand nearby? I've never gone to dinner in Pittsburgh anywhere really. I don't really have a preference for type of food but something decent but not too expensive. Thanks.

well.. i only get a burger. and if we do go it's usually on a friday, which friday afternoons are shot anyway.

I've had decent meals at the Hokkaido Seafood Buffet, which is on the road down to the Homestead Grays Bridge. If you like sushi, I also like the Tokyo Sushi Buffet, which is next to Best Buy on McKnight Road in the north hills. It's not the fanciest of sushi (think sushi from Giant Eagle), but they do have a decent selection, and, hey, it's all you can eat. They also have plenty of hot Japanese and Chinese dishes and some basic dim sum.

York buffet in Robinson is solid. Go there often from work. They have hibachi, sushi, and crab legs for dinner.

Planning on going to the zoo on Saturday since its supposed to be close to 60 and sunny. Any suggestions for a good breakfast spot near the zoo and / or downtown area? Ive been to Pamela's before and think that it is incredibly overrated. We have the normal breakfast spots we go to around our house, but I wanted to try something different.
