I have no idea how an official can watch that whole Glass sequence and keep his arm down. That's borderline inexcusable

Yeah, even someone like me that is very anti-ref bashing, I can't stand GDTs that are full of whining about the refs, but this is the first time in a while that there's been legitimate beef. There's at least two calls I would have made on the Rangers so far that weren't called. Oh well, all part of the game. They aren't giving us grief either, so if that's how it's going, that's how it's going...you control your own destiny in every game regardless...

I honestly forget he is playing half of the time. I mean, I can go an entire game and not realize Mark Eaton was on the ice. Which is awesome. I think this team and system, even with all of their defensive lapses, is a good one for him to play in. Very quick puck movement out of the zone, and a lot of offensive pressure means he isn't getting trapped in his own end too much. Good pickup by RS, I think...still would like to see Bortuzzo play more games, but we have a logjam as it is...

My argument w/officials is, it's not your job to establish the flow of the game, it's your job to officiate. Players will adjust, they do in every sport. Call the penalty......

I'm not convinced that the mythical Iginla acquisition would improve the first line.

But it would definitely improve our bottom two lines.

Certainly.
But those are two very different rationales for said mythical move.
