Retaining Wall

Postby 60sixx on Sun Mar 17, 2013 11:27 am

Well, my retaining wall went. It was expected, I was just hoping it would last a little longer.

Anyone know of a good, reputable guy/company to do a new wall? Any recommendations or suggestions?

Depending upon where you are, if they'd come to you, I'd recommend Toy's Landscaping. I worked there during college in the summer. They are very good with Keystone walls. All of the ones that I've seen several years after the fact look great.

Aw, thanks mac! I'm in the North Hills, though. Looks like they don't come out that way.

I was afraid of coming into this thread since I first saw it. I entered it now and see that my fears were justified. No bueno.

We had new retaining walls and patio extension done in the back yard last summer and now are currently having our walls done for the front yard and driveway. We went with Riepole Construction. The website is www.riepoleconstruction.com and they are based in the South Hills. The co-owner (his dad is the owner) is the friend of our next door neighbor and that is how we ended up having them do our walls.
