He's pissed off at the world and he's an embarrassment.

And the Trib is running itself into the ground. He's not the only joke of a "journalist" they employ

Dejan's twitter.

Funny he says that after he blocked me.

-Blocked me for saying "good thing you weren't managing the Bucs or else they'd be 1.5 million dollars poorer" when they signed Karstens for 2.5

Ha. He blocked a fried of mine yet still follows him

You know that line from The Big Lebowski, "you're not wrong, Walter, you're just an (expletive)"? Applies to Dejan lately when talking about the Pirates.

Dejan got himself worked up to the point that he started spewing nonsense. I haven't even read him in years, thats just what I can read off of what people say about his erratic behavior on dem internets.

:D

I said something similar on twitter and some Tony Watson fangirl, who apparently exist, attacked me.

She really hit me where it hurts, in my Twitter follower count!

Jonathan Sanchez back in the running for the 5th starter spot. I kind of hope he wins it. I'd like to see what he can do

It's not really part of Pat's humorous post, but the reason Pirates fans obsess over every detail of El Blimpo's game is because of his importance to the franchise. The team needs him to develop into something useful, even if he's Dave Kingman or Rob Deer 2.0.

Seems like Leroux, Morris, and Justin Wilson will take the 3 open bullpen spots at this point, with Sanchez taking the open starter's spot.

Bench of Sanchez, Tabata, McKenry, and two of Harrison, Inge, DeJesus and MacDonald seems the most likely scenario (my guess would be Inge and MacDonald)

Presley, Locke, McPherson, Harrison could all be optioned

As was Dejesus. Piratesprospects has a legit rundown of what we can expect the roster to be on opening day.

Melancon (should be a good late reliever for us), DeJesus (projects to be a bench middle infielder for us in the near future), Sands (?), Pimentel (too far away to tell)

this morning, while enjoying a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch, kenny the kangaroo decided to look through the scorebook with all the games that kenny the kangaroo attended last year.

something that this gentleman forgot about was that during the august swoon, not only were the pirates wasting a bench spot on jordy mercer, they were wasting a rostesr spot on jeff clement, even though gaby sanchez and GFJ were both on the roster. combined with the state of the 6 man rotation was in, it is infuriating, even at this point. what a bunch of bull.

Ugh, Brewers signed Lohse....it would have been nice for the pirates to commit some more money to the rotation.

The money wasn't the problem. Signing Lohse means losing a first round pick.

Wouldn't the pirates pick be protected?
