Where are people finding the 20 ounce RC Cola/7-Up etc.....I went to a 7-11 and a Giant Eagle and they only have 6-packs, cans, or 2-liter bottles. Might have to check out some local sandwich shops.

Yeah I'd try those places plus drugstores like CVS, Walgreens, etc. It is weird that 7-11 doesn't sell them though.

i hadn't looked closely - are the drink coupons regionally limited to WPA? If so, will save for when we go to Altoona over Easter.

No. They're useable in the US.

one thing that is ridiculous with these points is being able to buy merch and get points daily. if work downtown and have season tickets you can win pretty easily doing this - just buy a $2 marker every day. if you look at the leaderboard daily this is how people are winning.

To be fair those people are dropping quite a bit of cash on merchandise if they are buying every day. Stuff isn't cheap.

Wow, I ignore the app for two days and somehow go from #45 to #233 monthly and some guy named Brock B. comes out of nowhere with 1245 points when they didn't even show up on the leaderboard before. Wonky things are going on.

According to your logic, you should get only 10 points for game attendance if you sit in cheaper seats, say 214, than lower level seats...

Shouldn't the STH win these things? I mean, they do shell out thousands and thousands of dollars for it.

no, that isn't the argument at all. i just don't think you should be able to get points daily for buying something at pensgear and not advertise it in the app. actually, i guess they have to do it this way otherwise tons of people would be tied with the same number of points. the only way you can win is if you go buy something daily at pensgear - if you look at the people near top of standings thats what they are doing.

Agreed, and season-ticket holders can buy merchandise every day too...should lower level ticket holders earn more points?

there are many things that are $2 in the store actually and you can buy something - then take it back. you'll still get a return receipt that scans. found this out when i needed to get a different size for the 50% off sale.

really, i shouldn't be complaining as these people aren't doing anything wrong. it just took me awhile to figure out how the hell people were getting so many points since the app doesn't say 10 merch points are available daily.

doesn't matter if they are or they aren't. i was just pointing out its possible to buy stuff daily at a somewhat cheap price. hockey cards, sharpies, protein bars, etc. no big deal i just didn't understand how people were getting so many points since the app makes no mentions of getting merch points daily.
