Yes, against the Pens. Also, to prevent the teams from doing that, the team will usually be given one warning, then the puck will be dropped, whether they're ready or not.

Lavvy is one of the coaches known for that BS on icing calls.. infact I think he 'invented' the whole, player confusion or put a winger in the faceoff dot to purposely get kicked out to gain a few seconds rest tactics..

one or two delay of games will end that garbage.

Good first. Flyers rest did not give them legs, but that could come in the 3rd. The Pens are playing hard, but disciplined hockey.

If a Flyer benefited from the rest, it is Bryz. He played a lot of games to that break.

I liked that period a lot. The Pens were doing a lot of the little things that they're usually lacking in these Flyers games.

Favorite play was Bennett lifting a Flyers' stick at center ice to prevent him from accepting a pass and allowing it to get to a Pens player going to the Philly zone. That's the kind of stuff he does that proves he belongs.
