Actually, Pitt fans are quite used to good players coming up small in big games.

Zeller looks great in the B1G when the refs don't let opponents touch him.

I somehow jumped from 25th to 13th with that Syracuse win. For how bad my bracket is, that's a small miracle I got it right

Yeah, Indiana was my champ. I still had a chance because I was the highest scoring bracket with Indiana, but man they crapped the bed. Didn't really deserve to win the last game either.

I spend a fair amount of time in Bloomington for work and so I saw a lot of Indiana this year. I honestly didn't get why so many people were so high on them, they rarely impressed me.

Didn't Ed Cota wear #5 or was it #3, I think I actually had his jersey when he was at UNC.

Indiana is to college basketball as Notre Dame is to college football. Old white guy media loves them and undeservingly talks/votes them up.

Why did the Kansas player kick that out instead of taking it hard to the rim? Makes no sense.

The perfect ending for a maddening season out of Elijah Johnson. One of the dumber point guards on a major team in college basketball this season. He'd have games like tonite and then he'd have great games like the Iowa State game in Ames last month. He also missed the front end of the 1-and-1 right before Burke buried the 3 to tie it. All he needed to do was take one more dribble at an angle toward the basket and he at least had a foul, maybe an and-1. I'm a hoopaholic (college only) and a play like this is an epidemic in the game -- guards driving and getting into the lane only to pitch it out to the 3-point line when all they have to do is look at the basket and they have a little 8-footer in the lane. Total uncharacteristic choke job out of KU but some major league ONIONS out of Burke. This kid's the Player of the Year and he showed why in this one.
