I didn't see the BD 3rd goal, I had to leave. I also wanted Malaga in there as something different, As long as Barcelona doesn't win the Champions league I will be happy.

Oh, I thought you were referring to the 3rd goal when you said controversial.

Me, I'm happy as long as Bayern does not win the Champions League.

I am pulling for Juventus as well. I was a bigger Juventus fan during the Lippi, Del Piero, Nedved, and Trezeguet days.

I think the boost NBC will receive in its second season (2014-15) will be significant coming off of this world cup in particular, as it will be the first WC since 1994 that will have games in US prime-time. I wonder if in a couple of years we will see kick-off times in England like they have in Spain to take advantage of Asian and pan-american markets.

I'm pretty sure that Comcast won't be upgrading that to HD, in the near future. :pop:

Maybe they will replace it with an All Flyers all the time 24/7 channel "Follow Scott Hartnell through his day" "Philosophy with Bryzgalov" "When to and when not to use timeouts in life" with Lavy

Very un-Arsenal goal today. But I'll take the three points and be happy. Both reds were the correct calls.

It sure looks like Suarez just bit Ivanovic, although the camera doesn't quite capture the key moment.

Suarez may be harder to like than Robben.

Suarez is a better teammate but does more ridiculous crap on the field than Robben.

I get to see Robben more often, so maybe that's why I dislike him more.

That might be right. Suarez actually passes and brings his teammates into the play. Robben just dribbles until he loses the ball, takes a dive, or shoots. It would be incredibly frustrating to play with someone like Robben.

I think Suarez just bought himself a one way ticket to Turin. If the rumors are to be believed.
