And yes I know my problems are petty compared to what's going on right now. But you can't keep the city on lockdown forever.
I think the Bruins play Sunday afternoon, so playing a game at 7pm tomorrow for them wouldn't work.
I'm sure they can move the Sunday game a bit later if need be

Given the high emotions in the building, Bruins are going to be so pumped up. Wouldn't be surprised if the Pens lost.

It didn't help them against Buffalo

That was more somber. Tomorrow will be happy and rowdy.

I want the Pens to show the Bruins utmost respect for what the Bruins, as Boston area residents, representatives of their fine city, and NHL brethren, have gone through over the past 5 days--to me, that means give the the Bruins
all they've got.
I agree it's going to be incredibly emotional in the TD Garden tomorrow. I can live with a loss; it's not just like any other game, imo. A great game with any result might give the weary citizens in attendance a bit of a jump-start back to some normalcy. But I admit I'll be royally ticked off if the Pens don't show up. Do you know what I mean, or am I coming off like a jerk (I hope not)?

Root and NHL Net.
I'm stoked. Should be a great atmosphere. I wonder how they'll treat Iggy. Not much at stake really for the Pens.
If the Pens can survive the initial inevitable push, no reason they can't win it.
That said, this will one of the few times ever that I truly don't care about the result.

Not at all. I agree, and I'd be shocked if the Pens just didn't show up. There will a lot of juice on both sides.

The Bruins will be a tornado out of the gate. The Pens might start out a bit flat footed but overall they will be eager to play as well. Let's hear it for no injuries WOOOO

Very selfish, I know, but came into town from Jersey for a wedding and was excited to watch the game last night and tonight while attending the wedding this afternoon. Now the game is on during the wedding. Meh, at least the Pirates won last night.

Really? What the hell is with this "I'm okay if the Bruins win, it'd be good for the city" crap? F Boston. I hope the Pens win 10-0 and everyone in attendance cries. Manhunt over, game on. Best of luck in all that other crap going on in your life, my team has a game to win.

i never have a good feeling about games with overwhelming circumstances surrounding them. the winter classic televised scrimmages, for instance. this one also gives me the willies. this team does better when it's a "business as usual" situation. hopefully they don't get their mojo thrown off today
