Against seeds 2-4 in the East (Montreal, Washington, Boston) the Penguins are 9-0 this season.

Obviously, you missed the point. We need him to be stronger in the defensive zone than he has been the last two games. Go back and read if I said anything about his play in the offensive zone.

That being said, he played a much sounder third period, so hopefully it continues.

Hopefully he adjusts his game for the playoffs.

Great job to get the number one seed. No doubt about it. But it means nothing. Have to get it done in the playoffs this time. Have to.

Good games again from JJ and BB,also Vokoun good.. Letang on D :face: He will get traded with D plays like that, not re-signed... His offensive talent doesnt cover enough his D bonehead plays.

He does have those horrible moments at times, but for the most part, he's able to cover his gaffes because of his amazing skating ability.

It's his offense that frustrates me at times. Some games he can look so good and others totally clueless. He looked lost in the first half of this game, then his talent took over and he helped us win the game. It's nice to see that he's producing without Sid and Geno in the lineup, but then again, our lineup is still pretty darn good without them.

Probably Friday, but NBC might want the Pens to play on Sat, especially if we face NYR or Was in the first round.

Yea he's been around. He keeps calling Jussi, Oli. Reminds me when Emerick kept calling Talbot Maxiume Ouellet

Great game pens.
Way to overcome adversity... Charitable bias from refs and a team playing in front of an emotional crowd... This win clearly shows how much separation there is between a healthy pens team and the rest of the east.
This team as its assembled, can play any style.

Oh, I could think of a few.

Yeah. Jagr, Lemieux, Kovalev, Malkin, Crosby...

Coffey, Larouche

You all are right... All of those guys wore skates, used a stick, played on ice, and wore a Penguins sweater. DUH!

The question is was who to compare his very unique fluid style of play to.

Mikey got it 100% correct with the In-line skating point, I see a lot of Joey Mullen in him.
