It was close.

It was right at the cross bar.

It was right at the crossbar with a camera that was 10 feet high.
Common sense - which I won't argue is absent from most hockey people in Toronto - tells you that it's easily a few inches above the crossbar.

Sorry I disagree. I think it was too close to overturn but whatever.

Buffalo plays us really well here.

Just glad to get out of the game alive...I almost cried when Letang went to the dressing room.

Pretty much my thoughts. No clue how Toronto over rules a call on the ice with any of the replay angles.

So miller had a good period after leading his team to the golf course yet again.

More concerned with Orpik getting hurt.

That was a bad play. Didn't help that Miller chose tonight to stand on his head against us.

Let's get the rest of the guys healthy and get to the playoffs. We're as far up the standings as we're going to get.

Yeah, as soon as that happened I cringed a bit - that's a "last year" play - extra attention should be placed on that play.
Also - Buffalo had about 9 guys on the ice on that turnover, got a great head start to turn that into a rush.... then the high stick part...

just bleu

No problem at all with this loss. Don't want to go into the playoffs too cocky or full of ourselves. Good to be reminded once in a while.

Kennedy stinks but he better be in the lineup over Jeffrey Thursday night. That was as stupid a play as you can make.

I thought the Pens weren't all that bad. Dupuis had about a billion golden chances and couldn't convert any of them.

Buffalo is the type of team I would team I would hate to play in the playoffs.

Miller is a goaltender I would hate to play in the playoffs.

I'd rather have 87, but yes, TK is a little more reliable for a third/fourth line roll. Sad Jeffrey did that because for all the good he did for himself last game, he undid it.

Perfect time for a loss..... 2nd game of a back to back.... Malkin, Letang, and Fleury return.... playing a team not in the playoffs

lets the coaches get on the players that just because they have more talent they cant just go through the motions and beat teams.... they gotta play intense hockey for 60 minutes..... and that 1 bad play/mistake or selfish play can lose a game..... not that that will be a problem in the playoffs

but still good for the coaches to be able to get on the players....

I'm ready for the playoffs to start..... and you know the players feel the exact same way..... I cant wait for the first game..... they are going to come out with their heads on fire and are going to be hitting everybody

the past few games have been nice, but its nothing compared to what this team is going to look like come playoff time

Good battle. Miller easily stole this game for Buffalo.
