Great post-mortem of everything that's happened over the last 2 years with realignment. And with shots at the bloggers who made up rumors and the sheep who believed every single rumor.

We don't (as a whole). No more than all of LGP is obsessed with "the Dud"

Well, sure, most college football fans don't post about it on the internet. But the cottage industry that was realignment reporting was nearly all driven by WVU "insiders." We talk about the Dude in one thread, and its maybe 6 or 7 people. They have that many "insiders" speculating on the demise of the ACC, let alone those posting about and interested in it. We don't approach in any way the fervor that many WVU fans have for all things ACC in comparison.

Article mentions that FSU looked into the SEC but was told to go away. It doesn't say anything about FSU exploring joining the Big 12, which is strange because NAN told me all these insiders said the deal was signed sealed and delivered.
