Bos v Ott

Postby Steve Dave on Sun Apr 28, 2013 7:54 am

Sorry if this has already been asked. If Ott loses in OT or a SO to Bos, they will have an identical record as NYI with the same number of ROWs. Who would be slotted 7/8?

If Ottawa gets a point the islanders would be 8th

I'm thinking Ottawa is going to try really really hard to not lose this game.

Boston will be trying harder so it might not matter.

at this point i dont care, we should sweep either team easily if the pens are firing on all cylinders. Hopefully Crosby can get some more time to rest because at this point i dont think we need him back for the first round. Let him sit game 1 and 2 unless we are losing. Im sure he will play but id love to sweep and give crosby another week and a half or so to rest and come back full force for round 2

Sweep? That's not very honest. Playoffs are really hard. It's really hard to win the cup, no matter your roster.

Pens in six perhaps. I would have liked to see us play Toronto. It's the only team I sense will fail miserably.

Others are tough to beat. Especially the dark horse ones, like the Islanders - a very fast, hungry team.

I got spolied in '08-'09 when they ran off 6 straight playoff series wins in the East, while losing just 7 games total. I want more.

WE WANT MORE, WE WANT MORE, LIKE, YOU REALY LIKE IT, YOU WANT MORE.
