The pens are the top seed in the east. The playoff schedule was released like 75 minutes ago. What is the fan talking? Stillers football n'at. God I hate this town.

Meh... Minneapolis cares a lot more about the Vikings than the Wild. Might as well say you hate America if that's your criteria

Well of course the Vikings are more popular. It's the Wild lol. That being said, they had/have all week to talk Penguins. Steelers sell, and it was draft weekend, what could you have expected?

The Final Word was absolutely unwatchable.

Guest: Dejan, Rich Walsh, host Alby Oxenreiter, Rob Rossi, and a special appearance by Jim Krenn. The appearance consisted of Jim Krenn talking with Alby for about 2 minutes about the Steelers' draft and cracking terrible jokes.

The hosts kept encouraging people to send in videos and Facebook/Twitter messages that the panel would reply to, but the same 5 or 6 messages rotated on the screen during the whole show, and the videos may actually have been staged.

I like Dejan and agree with most of what he says/see his side of things a lot but the others on the show were bad. Lame half-hearted attempt to clone Pompeani's Sports Showdown.

Well in excess of 6 figures

like 105,000 in excess of 6 figures, or like 950,000 in excess of 6 figures

"Well in excess" is whatever you want it to be, apparently.

wasn't Dejan told not to come back to the Sports Showdown a few months ago? Not on the show itself, but it had to do something with him calling out somebody on twitter.

I don't think it was right before a show, but that Mike V. guy informed DK he was not welcome in the future

That bed wetter Mike V. is calling out DK for the ratings of both train wrecks on Sunday nights and he thinks he knows the identity of some Twitter user @suckmeter.

Mike V. is part of all that is wrong with Pittsburgh media.

That's true about the Vikings. When I came here I thought I was coming to you know the "state of hockey" and all that, but the Vikings definitely get way more attention here.

I work for TribLive Radio and am told to keep it professional on Twitter and yet I constantly see other Pittsburgh media personalities acting like jackasses on there.

Is that really what listeners/sports fans want? Media personalities insulting everyone for ratings?

I miss the old days of Junker and Crowe, Madden, Mack, Laird and Kornheiser. Sports talk in this town is so bad.
